This effect actually doesn't look too tough. Silva, do you know this one? I imagine that very fast movement might create so much displacement as to obfuscate the image a bit too much, so I'm guessing that the speed of execution might be the key here.
I've seen this somewhere before. There's something happening where 2 cameras filming from different angles are composited in post to create this effect.
